In the year of 2000, I was accepted in technical high school, I learned a lot of industrial machine. After that in 2003 I signed myself to become the college student of Gajayana University of Malang. It is located in Malang, the east of Java Island, Indonesia. My major in that university is English Literature. After finishing study, I travel to the central of Java Island. I got a job in Jogjakarta, the special province in Java Island. I taught English in that place. I taught English for kids, teens and adults. Then in 2008 I got a job in Jakarta, the capital city of Indonesia. I became a call center staff. It is why the theme of my blog here is dealing with customer service. I wanna share my experience as a call center staff. I wanna have a correction also from the visitors included you to give suggestion to build a good website. I am a newbie in this field.
